The 2-day International Accredited Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt Certification course is designed to provide trainees with a good understanding of the basic Lean Six Sigma principles and tools and prepare them as team participants and contributors to Lean Six Sigma projects.  The training will also give the participants ideas for simple improvements in their own working areas.  Trained Yellow Belts will understand the activities, deliverables and key concepts involved in process problem-solving.  The Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt is designed for a professional who requires an understanding of the basics of the Lean Six Sigma Methodology and who supports improvement projects as a part of a team.  The certification exam consists of 50 multiple choice questions.
