John Dennis provided both Lean 6 sigma green belt and black belt training for me during the second half of last year in September and October.
John’s class fully met my expectations and the duration of the course was about right – sometimes more feedback from the participants would have improved the class but this is really down to the participants, the class certainly benefits from having students who participate fully in the various discussions that John initiates.
John was always fully knowledgeable about Lean and 6 sigma and he always found a way of explaining the various concepts to both technical and non technical students. He was able to answer all questions from the participants and made the class both enjoyable and rewarding to all concerned.
I have no hesitation in recommending John as your Lean 6 sigma trainer and I believe that your BAs and your PMs would benefit from John’s classes, in fact some form of Lean 6 sigma training would be useful across the whole of the organisation.
I have found that some of the tools introduced to me as part of the training useful particularly those which helped with metric driven decision making.
