DEFINITION OF LEAN SIX SIGMA;
Lean Six Sigma is the name given to a set of principles, tools and techniques for managing and improving the business processes that provide the products and services that our customers are paying for. It focuses on creating value for the customer in the most efficient way, with engaged and committed workers who are not stressed or overburdened.
