Lean Six Sigma Training Ltd offer a team of experienced Lean Six Sigma Black Belts and Master Black Belts who have previously worked as coaches and Process Improvement specialists in manufacturing, logistics, banking and healthcare. Our rates range from $120 to $220 per hour for onsite coaching however we also provide coaching by video conferencing for $60 per hour. Our clients usually have specific process problems or challenges that they want us to assist them with. We guide them through the Lean Six Sigma methodology, principles, tools and techniques in order to discover root-causes, develop solutions and coach workers to continuously improve their own processes.
We also offer Lean Six Sigma DMAIC Project Assessment Services in which we will review the DMAIC project either after each phase ( during Gate Reviews ) or after the project is considered completed. This can be used as part of an internal certification programme or else as a control mechanism to ensure that the DMAIC project was conducted correctly and with the correct outcomes.
